The Shany Cosmetics After Party eye shadow palette is great for the holidays, and it's on sale now for $10.00. Shany Cosmetics has over 10 eye shadow palettes on sale to choose from. The shadows are buttery soft and highly pigmented. My La femme blush palette retailed for about 47.50 for a total of 12 shades. This is a professional product and theses blushes are insanely pigmented. You can customize your own palette, how great is that. They're  over 40 colors to choose from. I used the gold shadow in the inner corner, the copper shade on the lid, the deep purple on my lower lids and to smoke out the outer corners.

Recent Purchase: La femme blush palette

I am a big fan of La femme blushes. I first learned about these blushes on you tube, all the makeup gurus swear by them and proclaim they are perfect for women of color. I purchased mine from  makeupmania.com. The shades are beautifully pigmented and there is an awesome range of colors. There are several different ways you can purchase these beautiful blushes, I prefer to use the Palette Lab on makeupmania.com where you can choose your blushes and place them in your palette in the order that you choose. I got 12 blushes in the palette for $40.00. Shipping is $7.95. Although I am fanatical about hating to pay for shipping, this palette is an amazing deal. Here are a few of my blushes...

I began this look by placing a metallic gold shadow on the lid. Then I added orange shadow to the inner tear duct area. I applied a fushia color next to the orange (in the center of the crease) and purple shade to the outer crease area.
I also added a metallic red eyeshadow from the Paparazzi palette to the outer v area and blended it in with the purple. I used blue eyeliner pencil on the lower lashline. I applied several coats of black mascara on both my upper and lower lashes.
